Information you give us: when you book a walkthrough, request a briefing, request the board pack or email yourself an ROI summary, we collect your name, work email, company, role and any details you choose to share about your requirements.

Investor and administrator access: if you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to verify access.

Usage data: with your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). Governance tool answers are processed in your browser and only shared if you choose to create a share link or email a report.

To respond to your enquiry and arrange walkthroughs or briefings (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract).

To send you the reports or summaries you request, and occasional relevant updates about norse3 where you have agreed (consent — you can opt out at any time).

To provide secure investor and administrator access (legitimate interests).
